Venue were very accommodating. We were allowed in during the afternoon to set up tables and decorate the hall. The disco was allowed to set up early too. Also the party had to be altered a few weeks beforehand due to unforeseen circumstances - the hall happily accommodated the change. They also provided drinks tokens so we could give our guests one free drink.
