What types of event is M Shed suited to?

M Shed is suitable for a wide range of uses as a private hire venue.

To give you some idea about suitability, the following events have been or are planned to be held at M Shed:

• Wedding or Civil Partnership for 250 guests in June 2022
• Corporate Event for 200 guests in February 2017
• Wedding or Civil Partnership for 100 guests in August 2014
• Corporate Event for 60 guests in May 2014
• Charity Event / Fundraiser for 150 guests in June 2013

Is M Shed fully accessible?

Based on customer feedback, we believe that M Shed is only partially accessible to wheelchair users and the infirm. Usually this means that not all areas of the building are accessible, or there may be internal steps requiring assistance or ramps, for example. We would advise taking up any special requirements in this regard with the venue directly.
