The Pavilion is suitable for a wide range of uses as a private hire venue.

To give you some idea about suitability, the following events have been or are planned to be held at The Pavilion:

• Wedding or Civil Partnership for 250 guests in May 2018
• Birthday 60th for 150 guests in January 2018
• Engagement for 200 guests in November 2016
• Birthday (6yrs or under) for 200 guests in August 2015

What is the capacity of The Pavilion for a private function?

Our understanding is that The Pavilion can hold around 200 people for a formal function - probably more for an informal party.

Is there a bar at The Pavilion?

We understand that a cash bar is available at The Pavilion serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to hirers and their guests.

Is The Pavilion fully accessible?

Based on customer feedback, we believe that The Pavilion is only partially accessible to wheelchair users and the infirm. Usually this means that not all areas of the building are accessible, or there may be internal steps requiring assistance or ramps, for example. We would advise taking up any special requirements in this regard with the venue directly.
