What types of event is The Bell suited to?

The Bell is suitable for a wide range of uses as a private hire venue.

To give you some idea about suitability, the following events have been or are planned to be held at The Bell:

• Wedding or Civil Partnership for 80 guests in July 2019
• Birthday (12-15 years) for 40 guests in September 2017
• Birthday 60th for 30 guests in September 2017
• Just a party for 50 guests in August 2017
• Birthday 40th for 50 guests in July 2017

Is there a bar at The Bell?

We understand that a cash bar is available at The Bell serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to hirers and their guests.

Is The Bell fully accessible?

Based on customer feedback, we believe that The Bell is only partially accessible to wheelchair users and the infirm. Usually this means that not all areas of the building are accessible, or there may be internal steps requiring assistance or ramps, for example. We would advise taking up any special requirements in this regard with the venue directly.
