Birthday 50th

I worked with them prior to the event and they handle communications excellently - in detail and promptly. They were a pleasure to work with, and I manage events as part of my job so have plenty of experiences against which to compare! For the event itself, I was supported excellently by the GM, reception, the Duty Manager, and the bar / catering staff. Everyone was very friendly, efficient and helpful and it was great to have their assistance for our event. The guests found the hotel easily and were also really happy with everything. Thanks!

I just wanted to drop you a note to thank for your great job for my sister's 50th birthday party. She was absolutely delighted to have '80's music all night. As one of her school friends said, she was impressed that the entire night was an '80's playlist. She has asked me to send her my spreadsheet! Also, thanks for your comic timing re the spreadsheet! I had only a vague outline of what I might say so your timing and action supported me, thank you. I was also really pleased with your professionalism. You looked very smart, presented well, had a great setup of lights, video, etc and just suited our party perfectly.
