Great place to host a party. Nice room with much more character than your average plain box. Nice balcony area, although doors had to be shut by about 10.30pm so that the noise did not disturb local residents, which was reasonable. Separate room to set up buffet in so that it doesn't encroach on main party area. This room, toilets, bar and balcony all privately self contained for party guests so no need to mix with club patrons who have their own bar. Also, room hire very reasonable, and unrestricted access on the day to decorate room. Would highly recommend.
